The membership program is designed to offer care and an ongoing health maintenance program. This membership is designed to pick up where insurance falls short.
Individual Membership - $150 monthly. The individual Membership will include 2 acupuncture, laser, hypnosis, or massage treatments per calendar month. The Member will choose with the practitioner which treatment protocol will be the most beneficial at the time of service.
The above specified number of treatments (acupuncture, laser, massage therapy, hypnosis) 15% Discount on in house Herbs and Homeopathics $75 additional treatments for you and immediate family members. Unused visits will roll over for 30 days.
Membership is month to month and may be canceled at any time with written notice after the initial 3 months requirement.
