Stress and Anxiety

Everyone suffers from stress of one form or another. Stress disturbs the energy that animates and supports the healthy functions of the body. So when we become stressed it affects various organs throughout the body, and causes such symptoms as headaches, heartburn, or high blood pressure to name a few. Acupuncture along with hypnosis, proper nutrition, exercise, stretching, and meditation will help support and restore the balance of the various organs that are affected when we become stressed.
